Security at TimeTrakGO is our highest priority. As a TimeTrakGO customer, you will benefit from a data center and network architecture built to meet the requirements of the most security-sensitive organizations.
Your account status will determine how long your data is stored:
• Active account: as an active account, your data will be stored and accessible to you indefinitely
• Frozen account: if your account is frozen, will we continue to store your data for you, however, it will only be accessible to a single administrator during the system suspension
• Closed account: TimeTrakGO reserves the right to permanently delete your data at a future date once your account is closed.
TimeTrakGO subscription costs consist solely of a per-user charge. That’s right, no base fees! You pay for each active user in the system* and we’ll take care of the rest. We offer 3 subscription types with the option to pay monthly or annually.
*A user is defined as anyone with an active status during the billing cycle, regardless of their assigned role.
When paying monthly:
• FREE Trial: No Charge! Add as many users as you want during your trial at no cost to you
• Single-User: No Charge! A single-user can access TimeTrakGO for free
• Small Business: access for multiple users at a cost of $3 per user per month.
• Frozen: No Charge! Temporarily suspend your account for a predetermined length of time. A single administrator user will have access to the system during this time.
Your subscription is eligible for a 20% discount when prepaying annually.
