Yes, employees can easily submit time off requests directly from the TimeTrakGO mobile app. This feature is part of the “Time Off Center” and provides a convenient way for employees to manage their paid time off (PTO) from their smartphones.
With the mobile app, employees can:
- View their PTO balances: See how many vacation, sick, or other PTO hours they have available.
- Request time off: Select the dates and the number of hours they want to take.
- Check the status of their requests: See if a request is pending, approved, or denied.
- Cancel an approved request: Employees can even cancel a previously approved request.
Once a request is submitted, supervisors receive an instant email notification, allowing them to quickly review and approve or deny the request. Approved time off is then automatically updated on the employee’s time card and deducted from their available balance.
