Loved TimeTrakGo Simple, easy, cost effective. ☺Its ease of use and implementation. If I ever had a question, I would use the chat feature and it was immediately resolved. ☹It didn't offer more. As we grew, we had to move to a more inclusive package that is not as user friendly with a different provider.

Worth Every Penny We just started using the system about a month ago. However, as time goes by we are hoping to take advantage of some of the other capabilities of the system that we are not currently using. ☺We were looking for an employee sign in/out software that would give our employees accountability for their own time. TimeTrakGo not only solved that problem for us, but allowed us to print our accurate time sheets and weekly reporting that we did not have before with our manual system. The cost is well worth it! It takes the headache out of having monitoring employees from signing in/out for each other and even has the supervisor here on time. ☹ We haven't been able to find any negative with the system so far.

Happy customer! I have had very good experience with TimeTrakGo and would recommend it to anyone needing a cost effective way to track hours. ☺I love the ease of setting this up. They did almost all the work. That has not been the case with other programs that we have gotten in the past. It is very easy to use. When I have an issue, which is very rare, they are in communication with me in minutes and have the problem solved almost immediately. ☹I would like the employees to be able to view their vacation and sick balances with out having to upgrade to the next level that we do not need. Other than that the software is great.
