Limited One-Year Warranty

(Hardware)

TimeTrak Systems, Inc. (“TimeTrakGO”) warrants that your TimeTrakGO hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Coverage

During the warranty period, TimeTrakGO will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.

Any replaced product or part becomes the property of TimeTrakGO.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, power surge, or other external causes.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, operation outside of the product specifications, or unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic).
  • Consumables or accessories (such as power adapters, cables, or mounting hardware).
  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service:

  1. Contact TimeTrakGO Support for troubleshooting assistance and to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
  3. You are responsible for shipping the defective product to TimeTrakGO.
  4. TimeTrakGO will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement units.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TimeTrakGO shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the hardware.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.
