YES! Try this program. Overall: I love this program, was very easy to train my employees after using another program for at least 15 years. I have been so impressed. Pros: We started using Timetrakgo about a month ago. After trying several other timeclock programs, I was in love with the ease of use. It can be fancy, or as simple as you need. Customer Service is easily accessible for any help needed. Cons: The price of the programs are great. I wish there was not an extra administrative fee for the Plus program, but the cost is still very competitive and is worth the extra.

Pros: This is very easy to go software, best part is customer support. you will get immediate responses literally. Cons: it has all information's but some time you have to rom around to find what you are looking at. this is the only negative point but will the best customer support you get what you are looking for

Pros: Very user friendly for the employees to log in and out. All the administrator aspects are very easy to use for payroll. Our team has had zero difficulty with the transition from systems. I absolutely appreciate the facial recognition and so does our team. I can also create rules to make payroll so much easier. Pros: I appreciate the ease of use and when I call I get to speak with a person. I am extremely busy and your team is very responsive (also very pleasant) Cons: Nothing as of yet.... Holiday pay and vacation time tracking are a great feature as well. Pros: Simple web accessible tool. Works great for our needs in our environment people are not allowed to use smart phones so this was a perfect solution for us. Cons: I would like an additional calendar that doesn't track hours just shows where people are or what event they are attending. Because their hours are already tracked by a punch in.
Kim WFebruary 19, 2026Great Upgrade From Previous Version Overall: Experience has been very positive. Upgrading from our previous version was a no-brainer. Very user friendly. Speed is great. Pros: I like not having physical time clocks and our employees can clock in and out on their phones from job site. No more I lost or forgot my key fob. Cons: Don't like that when their is an update to the phone app it doesn't tell you. The screen just goes white and employees panic. Itayekzzit HFebruary 19, 2026Sign Up Today! Satisfied customer! Overall: We reviewed several platforms before making our selection and getting rid of our old basic time clocks. Putting this simply, we made the right decision! Value for the cost is great and it has helped us cut down on the amount of time and paperwork we needed to keep track of. Pros: TimeTrakGO has been one of the best tools we have added to our daily operations. It's not just a time clock! It has helped us save so much time with other aspects related to payroll, PTO tracking, etc. It's user friendly, our employees have no problem using it and customer service/support does such a great job. Cons: I can't really say that I do not like a certain feature because it serves most of our needs. I know you are always providing updates to the platform/program and we plan on sticking around to see what all new features come with time.

Pros: It is very user friendly and has decreased payroll errors. I love that it keeps track of PTO time and we can even set up remote hours tracking. Cons: We set up remote working hours and track employees use of those hours. They respond quickly and work hard to ensure I understand fully the answer to my questions. They respond via chat, email and over the phone. Most needs are met the same day. Pros: We love the ability to access via the phone app or website, no more spreadsheets and formulas. Being able to clock in and out removes the need to remember what time work began and ended each day. Cons: The report section for payroll and administrative review needs to be improved. More analytical options and easier to customize the reports to our specific needs. Pros: Very easy system to use and we can set up perimeters to reduce what employees do and do not have access to. Cons: That I get kicked out, as a manager of a remote company in multiple time zones I have to check regularly to ensure employees are on. If they could make that an option it would help out a lot so I don't have to constantly log in. Hyein CFebruary 13, 2026Great Interface & Fast Support Overall: Overall, TimeTrakGo is well-designed and has great potential. However, the system should be smart enough to ignore accidental double-taps or merge them so that the following work hours are calculated properly. If this calculation bug is fixed, it would be a much more reliable tool for daily use. Pros: TimeTrakGo interface is very clean and professional. It allows me to check my shift status and work hours at a glance, which is very convenient. I also appreciate the direct customer service feature that allows users to report issues immediately. Cons: If I accidentally "Clock In" twice—for example, when returning from a break—the system fails to calculate the subsequent work hours correctly. Although the data is saved, the time between that double-entry and the final "Clock Out" is not recognized as valid work hours. This leads to inaccurate payroll records and requires manual corrections every time a simple double-tap occurs.

Thank you [sensitive content hidden] Pros: I'm old school I use to have to add the hours up. I love you g=have a total for me and a break down Cons: The vacation hour tab did not work for me. I wanted the employees to see what was use so they did not have to ask. I also could not get it to work well for me the first payroll had hour used from the prior year and it would not revert that time back for me. I want out of that program its just easier for me to keep track.

Pros: Simple method of tracking time for employees and PTO. Employee time off requests come through with no issues. It is easy to edit time entries. The app works great on the ipad. Pros: Easy to use software that my team is able to use effectively. I was able to upload everyone that was needing to clock in. Cons: You can use your phone to show a picture of someone to clock in instead of being in person. That was not beneficial because anyone can clock in for someone else.Rachel RFebruary 13, 2026Good Product - Easy to Use Overall: TimeTrakGO was easy to implement, and has given u better insight into when our employees are working. Pros: TimeTrakGo is easy for employees to use. We went from having no time tracking system to using TimeTrakGo with little to no training needed. The employees said it is simple to use. Cons: I wish it was easier to navigate the back end and there were mor options for how to assign time. A better way for the employees to change their requests, or the administrator to change the request without declining it and creating a new one. Also, a way to look at the time off calendar view without it showing the declined requests.

Pros: The ease of setting up users (employees) is good. Correcting time and viewing reports is relatively easy as well. Cons: The integration for QuickBooks is not as useful as advertised. Importing a file into QuickBooks desktop has never been very easy or intuitive, and TimeTrakGo does not have a Web Connector integration so it really defeats the expectations when it is promised to have an "integration" for QBD.Charlene HFebruary 11, 2026Customer Service & Ease of Use for Platform Overall: My overall experience is excellent - If we can't find answers in the Help section, you reach out to them and they will help you through whatever questions you have. When it was initially set up they made it so easy. Pros: This platform is very simple to use. Easy to add employees for the use of the timecards. We use it for multiple Companies we track and they make it so simple to pull reports for each entity. The employees seem to think it is so simple to clock in and out. We like the intuitive layout, simple graphics and very reasonable legacy cost we've enjoyed. Full disclosure, our needs are basic, so we can't speak about all of the features. The controls work well for keeping our hourly employees in their lane, while providing supervisors transparency into their staff's time patterns. Highly recommend! Cons: One of our employees is on the road to multiple locations daily. We require him to log his stops as he travels, to track his miles and times at each stop. Without a place for notes by the employees, though, we can't use TimeTrakGO for his timekeeping. The chat feature is manned by real people who write back quickly with screenshots and specifics on how to do anything you might be stuck on. Cons: PTO and Sick time set up was a bit confusing. I needed alot of help to get it set to a normal place, luckily the chat team made it easy to find what I needed to change to make it work.

The technology performs reliably, and the service and sales teams have been extremely helpful throughout the process. It's a great company that delivers on simplicity and support. Pros: The intuitive design, straightforward setup, and seamless kiosk functionality on tablets make TimeTrakGO incredibly user-friendly and efficient for daily operations. Onboarding was also a breeze. The price is great for what the software can do. My only wish is for somewhere for the team to add notes. Pros: Simple to use, easy to install the app on phones. Billing makes sense and the competitive price. Overall a good product. Cons: Nowhere for staff to leave notes within the system for missed punches. This creates some inefficiencies that I wish could be improved. I am hoping this note feature will be added. Adjusting time and logging someone's PTO hours is very easy. Pros: How easy it is to use. Keeping track of all the employees PTO hours is very helpful. All of our employees seem to have an easy time clocking in and out. I have had very little complaints since we have started using it. Cons: I wish we could differentiate between PTO and vacation hours. Overall: I started using TimeTrakGo after getting frustrated with the cost of QuickBooks Time. The switch was simple, and their support team was phenomenal in guiding me through setup. I loved it so much that I moved both of my companies over. The system is easy to use, my team adapted quickly, and I really like the biometric and geofence features for accurate clock-ins. Best part? I’m now paying less than half of what I used to and getting the same core features. It’s been a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Pros: What I like most about TimeTrakGo is how much value I’m getting for the price—it’s less than half of what I paid for QuickBooks Time, but it still gives me all the features I need. The support team is phenomenal—super quick to respond, friendly, and they actually solve the problem on the first try. It’s also really easy to use, so my employees had no trouble learning it. I love the biometric facial recognition for secure clock-ins and the geofence feature that makes sure mobile clock-ins happen only at approved locations. It’s just a solid, reliable system that works. Cons: Honestly, there’s not much I dislike, but if I could change one thing, it would be to add email or mobile app alert notifications for certain situations, like missed punches or when someone is close to overtime. I’d also like to see a way to approve timecards directly in the system instead of just adding notes. I highly recommend TimeTrakGO for keeping track of hourly employees clock times and PTO. Pros: The time keeping is easy to use and understand. The set-up was simple. The employees like it. It has made it easier to address missed punches quickly. The support is fantastic! Anytime that I have had a question, no matter how complex it seemed to me, a real person was there to help me. Their answers are clear and easy to understand. Cons: The only thing that I can think of is that I didn't know about it sooner. Before we implemented this service, I was in charge of keeping up with time sheets. leave request, etc. all done in paper. This has freed up a lot of my time, and made it way more simple to track employee time and request off. Pros: The ease of real time use. Employees no longer have to turn in paper copies to be corrected, and corrected again. Cons: I would like to see it be able to line up to Fiscal year time lines. We were able to adjust the time line to make it work, but would be much easier if it was an option to pick.Ethan BAugust 6, 2025Solved lots of employee giving us wrong hours on the clock. Overall: Was set up in 15 minutes, started adding employee right away was up and running within 30 minutes and solved lots of problems. Pros: Very easy to navigate and set up. Also giving multiple options to employee how to enter their hours. Cons: Looking forward to be able to set up employee with a paid break VS having to add an extra 30 minutes a day.

Pros: TimeTrakGo integrates with QuickBooks effortlessly. It's a great value and is easy to use. TimeTrakGO was an easy transition for our employees. Processing payroll now takes less than an hour after reviewing time reports. We have found customer service to be very responsive. I would recommend TimeTrakGO because of their customer service only, but it is a wonderful program Cons: So far I have not found anything that I dislike or think could use improvement. TimeTrakGo is perfect for our company.Faith SAugust 5, 2025Easy to use time clock!!! Overall: Before using TimeTrakGo, we were using a software that was causing too much grief and headaches. Nothing was seeming to work correctly. When we switched to TimeTrakGo, we were up and running within two days. If we had/have any questions we were able to chat, and all of our questions were answered almost immediately. Pros: It is a simple/ easy to use time clock. The set up was extremely quick and easy. The app allows our technicians to clock in and out from the job site, rather than having to come back to the office. Cons: We do not use rounding for all of our departments. There is not a way to only have rounding for some departments, but not others. We decided to use the rounding for all departments. Pros: All I needed was a basic timeclock - clock in, clock out. TimeTrakGO is the ticket! I have it setup on an iPad kiosk and it works great. It's easy for my employees to work with and it's easy for me to manage. At just $3 per user per month, it's the cheapest game in town. Well worth the cost. I love it! Cons: I wish it would directly import into QuickBooks. We are so happy with all the features and the employees let us know the time clock is very easy to use. Pros: TimeTrakGo has revolutionized the way we handle time tracking and vacation tracking in our company. Before we were using an on premise time clock and we were tied to accessing the time data on premise. We love the fact TimeTrakGo is web-based meaning we can work on the time from anywhere. There are so many features included for free and the paid tier is worth the upgrade. The customer support is quick and very helpful. Overall we are very happy making the switch to TimeTrakGo. Cons: There aren't too many cons to using TimeTrakGo so far in our experience.Tracey SMarch 11, 2025No major problems Overall: even without using the geo fencing feature, we still like using this system for the ease of use Pros: TimeTrakGo allows us to have clock in / out procedures with our employees who work offsite. Very easy to use. We like it. Cons: The Geo Fencing for location accuracy is a bit flawed. In order for us to cover the entire facility, we would be allowing employees to clock in/out within 3-5 miles of the facility. Overall: After viewing the startup videos, I was ready to use the program and with no issues I have been able to pick up all of the features we need or are ready to use. Pros: Because everyone is easily identifiable from their photo, it is faster to learn people's names when you don't work with them every day. the identification software is supper fast and accurate; it can identify people even when they wear a hat or glasses. Cons: We have had some issues where the internet drops out and the employees are unable to clock in, we are able to come back and manually adjust their time, but it would be nice if the software could record the time and sink up with the system when reconnected.Tracy NMarch 11, 2025Best Third Party Time Clock You'll Find Overall: My TimeTrakGO was easier to setup and use than other more well known time clocks. My emps love the app and how easy it is to use. And, they know exactly how many hours they will paid for on the next check. On the admin side, it's very easy to review and correct punches. Just don't forget to hit the save button after adjustments. The reports are all inclusive and calculate OT. Pros: This timeclock was incredibly easy to setup. We used it the same day I set it up. Cons: There are not many cons to this product. The one worth mention is the reports print several extra blank pages which is cumbersome and wasteful.Estra GFebruary 27, 2025Best onsite Time Tracking System for Small Business Overall: Outstanding customer service from the first sales call all the way thru implementation. They delivered on everything they promised and I felt that I had 100% support along the way Pros: It was so easy to set up my company details and get everything going. The GUI is very intuitive and this system included all the functionality that I need. Also, it is easy to turn off the functionality that I didn't need. Cons: I had to buy a tablet to use the software
